You beat me to it!!! My local news channel just had a quick story on this, all they said though was that the full moon helps the yeast out during fermentation. This sounds like markets BS to me, but if anyone can offer a better explanation as to how exactly the full moon supports the yeasties in their quest to make beer, I would love to know.
 
Full moon doesn't support yeasties at all. I could see a better argument for barometric pressure than moon phase.

Here is a great article on the moon lunacy effect, which also answers the question as it pertains to beer in a fermentation chamber. Coincidental side note: One of the philosophers that made the lunar lunacy effect claim was Pliny the Elder.
