My plate chiller is gravity fed from my boil kettle. I started noticing that the thruput was getting slower and slower. I assume that some wert gunk is clogging the plates. I tried cleaning the chiller by forcing water under pressure through the chiller, then injecting a solution of oxyclean, and then rinsing. Did not do the trick. Any suggestions.

Put that beast in the oven and crank the heat as high as it will go. (Well, up to 500 if you have some OMYGOD oven)
Let it bake for an hour, then blast all the ash out with your water before the next brew.
