I was planning on brewing an Orange Hefeweisen next month, and had this idea this morning. Thoughts?

Mash:
3 lbs pale malt
2 lbs white wheat malt
.5 lbs honey malt
.5 lbs flaked wheat

Boil with:
1 oz Hallertau (60 mins)
1 oz Saaz (20 mins)
1 oz Hallertau (5 mins)

Meanwhile, make tea with 6 oranges, sweet zest from 3 of the oranges, and .5 oz fresh ground coriander.

After the wort is boiled, add 4 lbs honey and orange tea to wort, bring up to 5 gallons is necessary.

Ferment with Wyeast American Wheat yeast.

My calculations give me an OG of 1.059, an FG of 1.014 and 26.8 IBUs.

Thoughts?
