new yeast strain coming out

Excited to try this new beer but more interested in a new yeast strain from Wisco. I spoke with customer service at NB and the strain has no release date. I guess the fact that they're going for Wisconsin Weiss gives us a hint at the yeast profile.

The brewer says the new brew is believed to be the first 100 percent "all local" beer made in the United States.

Didnt DogFish just do this about 6 months ago?

Kind of... They did something similar for their Ancient Ale recipe - "For this old-meets-new beer we are using all local ingredients that were discovered in Etruscan mixed beverages between 800 and 400 BC."

So they used ingredients that would be found locally in this era and location.
Not local to DFH.

They also did an all-Delaware beer made from local peaches and pears and a local wild yeast but it appears that they did not use local grains.
