after 2 weeks i opened 2 beers and they tasted fine and no problems jsut a little sediment at the bottom. Then after 4 weeks i opened 1 beer and it has a ton of hops leftover and sediments in it. Every sip is like eating hops lol. I put some more in the fridge hopefully i just pulled a beer i filled from the bottom of the fermenter. I dont use a filter at any point tho. Should I? and when?

i filter wort when pouring it into primary and then if it still has alot of hot and cold break left in it i will rack it inot a secondary fermenter and leave that stuff behind. and then by the time im ready to bottle i rack it into bottling bucket and as lond as you (i know its hard) leave a little bit left in the bucket u should b good. if not try usuing hop bags when boiling and muslin bag when steeping grains
