Hey everyone, quick question. I am looking to ferment my first hard cider. I was going with a 2.5 gallon trial run. Anyone with experience please let me know what you think. Here is my very basic recipe:
2.5 gallons of apple cider (pasteurized - no preservatives)
1 lb of light brown sugar
1 packet of nottingham ale yeast
yeast energizer
1 tsp of cinnamon.
Like I said very basic, just trying to get a feel for it. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions!!
