Brewed two beers this weekend.Beer 1,Wit Bier. Started dark . Third day of "blurping" starting to get to right color. Only oops was not letting it settle first. Started the yeast first with starter.(first time). Beer 2,was an Irsh Stout using a Lager yeast (Danish).I started that yeast day before with help from you guys,thank you all. Also used the starter and day 2,"blurping". It is the garage wrapped ina flanel and two coats.
