I was given a bottle of Pumpkin lager brewed in Milwaukee by
Lakefront Brewing.
This is a darn good beer. Very subtle but good. The malt and hop presence are very subdued as is the pumpkin and spices but all in all everything is balanced and well made. I perceived a sweetness in the finish that was quite pleasant.
I don't know if there is such a thing but to me this beer would make a great desert beer.
