Can any bar serve cask ale?

Ive recently been exploring the idea of a brewery that specializes in cask conditioned ales. But I was also wondering if it is possible for any bar with a regular tap setup to convert to a cask ale setup just on a couple of taps. Does anyone know this?
 
Yeah you really need different equipment. Most places around here that serve casked stuff have the cask right under the counter next to that tap, and a beer engine hooked up to it. A couple of the local places put the cask on the counter and gravity drain it.
