How much would you use... I'm in the middle of brewing a nice maple brown ale, and I've not really managed to come across any conclusive advice as to how much maple syrup I should use as a primer when it comes to bottling time.. Any Suggestions? I'm not talking about log cabin, or Aunt jemima either, the real pure Canadian #1 maple syrup!

:D

Well, a chart in a book I have says that corn sugar is 1.036 SG per pound per gallon of water. Maple Syrup is 1.030. So I guess if you multiplied the amount of corn sugar you usually use (5 oz?) by 36/30, that give you a reasonable amount for maple syrup.
