Now lets just hope it comes out tasting good. I did a Sierra Nevada clone, and used CP's brew chart to track my progress. I had to add 2oz of DME to the boil to dial it in. My post boil gravity came in dead on the mark. I was a bit worried that it would be off because my mash temp and sparge temp were low by about 3 degrees each.

Good job! Why do you think you were low on the mash temp? If you put your water in your tun, then check the temp., you should be able to adjust to the correct strike temp. before putting the grain in.
 
1/3 oz Magnum for 60 min
1/2 oz Perle for 30 min
1 oz Cascade for 10 min
2 oz Cascade @ flameout.
