Seriously, is there a cuter beagle?

Lilou.. now is 1 year old and is still as dumb as the day we got her. Her favorite thing in the world of course is to run through screen doors off and on. Her least favorite thing to do is run through the screen door to find the glass door closed....:D

This is "Brooklyn", my 3 yr old Brindle BullBoxer. I rescued him when he was 4 months old..poor lil' guy was wandering around the hills of southern california during a raging canyon wildfire..No collar,no tag-put him in the engine and he fell fast asleep. He's been my best friend ever since!

We picked her out tonight and the rescue will be kindly caring for her a while longer, until we move into our new house in a few weeks. We get visitation rights, of course :)

As if working on this paper isn't bad enough, looking through this thread just makes me realize how much I want a dog but can't have one due to living in an apartment...

Thanks y'all.

Couple of poor quality cell phone pics of my buddy/asst. brewer Jake. Here he is at the retention pond where we walk and then he let's me off the leash every day so he can run without me slowing him down. He's a mix, ~35 pounds.

Her name is Sugar Magnolia, a.k.a. "maggie", and she's a total goofball. I have almost the same picture of her with a snow covered muzzle.

other than the markings, i think our aussies have very similar features. how much does yours weigh? we always feel like Kona is a little small for an aussie and has certain border collie characteristics. but after seeing Maggie, a lot looks similar, and i feel better about calling her an aussie. Kona comes from a working line and has pretty crazy colors (not sure what kind of 'merle' to call her, she has hints of red and blue). bet you got a frisbee partner for life too eh??

Oh yes, total frisbee dog. We have to say "the f word" or she freaks out.

She's about 35#, small enough that we've been asked if she's a mini, but she's within breed standards. She also comes from working stock, which tend to be smaller than show dogs.

Yours is what I would consider a harlequin or possibly tweed merle.

There's a pic of my German Shepard in my profile, that's the best I can do. He's a handsome fella, with boundless energy. Best dog I've ever had.

Well we went out today and picked out our new pup. we get to go pick him up next friday.

His temporary name is peanut(his dads name is cashew)...until we get to really name him after we spend some time with him.
