I have always read not to use more than 10% and Beersmith concurs however..

I did a search and found a couple of beers that use large amounts of it with success..
 
Aromatic has enough diastic power to mash IIRC.
I believe OhioBrewtus made a SMaSH with 100% aromatic and said it tasted very interesting in a good way.
I too love aromatic, give it a shot!
 
Yes, I recently tasted ohiobrewtus's aromatic/cascade SMaSH. It certainly has enough diastatic power to convert on its own...the beer turned out pretty nice. I'd say try it out. It's got me jonesin to try an all-victory SMaSH...:D
