I got a recipe from the book "The Homebrewer's Recipe Guide" and it's titled "Slam Sunkelweise". The recipe calls for Weihenstephen Wheat yeast but I'm having a hard time finding that at my local homebrew shop so is there a subsitiute one I can use, here's the link for what I have available to me Clickie right here.

This 'd be it:

White Labs Specialty Yeast
WLP300 Hefeweizen $6.95
Famous German yeast is a strain used in traditional, authentic wheat beers. It produces the banana and clove nose and leaves the desired cloudy look of traditional German wheat beers. Attenuation: 72-76; Flocculation: Low; Temperature: 68-72°F

If you really want the Wyeast 3068 you could order it online...
