I have it at mine!
Apparently, the pricing software at my local Walmart does not accomodate a NEW tank of Blue Rhino. If they can't scan it, they don't wanna deal with it, so they charge you the exchange price for a new tank. That's $19 against $40
If you don't have propane tanks for exchange already, your walmart might be a good place to start. Just try walking up to a checkout and asking the price for a new tank of propane. If they say $19, you have scored.
