Sabco false bottom/Bargain fittings

Any reason why a weldless bulkhead with center dip tube wouldn't work with a sabco false bottom pre drilled with hole already in it? I read in another thread their siphon tube they sell has to be welded...correct me if im wrong? I don't mind spending the extra cash for 1 false bottom i know i can DIY it but i'd rather save the hassle...also it looks like the one they sell has easy disassembly...this might be a PITA for me to try and clean if i don't buy theres! Let me know what you think!

I ordered a center dip tube drain from bargain fittings...If i cant use it in my MLT i'll just throw it in the HLT...I haven't purchased the false bottom yet but will monday since i work on weekends! Also anyone recommend a sight glass for a mash tun? I have one on my BK and hot liquor tank...just wasn't sure if i should purchase a standard thermometer or go for the sight glass combo...
