I remember reading on here of people using plastic bags to line the inside of their primaries, but I can't find any good info on that.

I have the stuff to make a wine, but my plastic primary has a distinct hop aroma that I am afraid will ruin the wine, so I was hoping to use a bag or something rather than going out and buying a new primary.

Any recommendations on what to look for or where to buy some would be appreciated.

I would not take the chance on a plastic bag for your wine. I would go out and buy a 8 gallon plastic bucket. $14 will get you a 7.9 gallon food grade plastic bucket at Austin Home Brew that will work great as a primary wine fermenter. Then keep it and use it only for your wine That way, you won't be buying plastic bags and trying to sanitize them and the bucket while hoping it does not tear.
