Strange Brew

Hello I'm Peter from Ottawa,Canada. I've been brewing for 10 years now. I'm finally looking for stainless steel brewing keg fermentors and possibly lagering kegs. I'm also going with all grain kits. They are so easy & there is no mess. The beer itself taste like it was freshly brewed even thought it is a year old. Try " Bishops Finger" ale imported from England & make sure it is in the freezer. It is the best there is!!!

Welcome home envirotech....I agree with the all grain bit...I dont know why it took me so long to come over to the dark side...

All grain allows you to feed the remains to livestock. Makes really good beef to go with the beer.
