Hey I was wondering if you guys have some ideas for making a mexican lager with extracts (not counting the coopers or muntons kits). I'd love to hear some ideas. I see from some recipies I seen online liberty hops are used as well as mexican lager yeast.

Im just getting ready to bottle mine from the Brewcraft company. I added 2.2 lbs of light dry malt to the kit and used Kolsh yeast. I got to taste it today, now I cant wait, its perfect!

I was thinking of using northern brewer light pilson syrup 6lbs, and maybe 1 lbs light pilsin dme, the 2 ounces of liberty hops, 1 oz for 60 min and the last ounce for the last 15 minutes of the boil. How does that sound?
