Method for getting strongest hop aroma

What is the best method of getting extreme hop aroma? Late addition, hopback, hop tea, dry hopping? I love the taste/smell of hops, not as much the bitter from just boiling the crap out of them.
 
Right, looking for Aroma more than flavor. I want my beer to smell like hops fresh off the vine.
 
I personally would go with dry-hopping and possibly more late additions.
