Hey guys, could use a bit of critique/help with my 10 gallon American-style bitter recipe (pale ale?)

Here's what I've got:

13lbs Briess Gold Malt extract
2lbs English Crystal 30L
2lbs Biscuit malt

60m 2oz Citra
30m 1oz Citra
30m 1oz Willamette
20m Irish Moss
15m 1oz Citra
15m 1oz Willamette
1m 1oz Citra
1m 1oz Willamette

Wyeast Liquid 1028 london ale

OG 1.055
FG 1.014

What do you guys think?

Looks decent at first glance. I didn't calc the IBUs and can't without the AA%. But I like the different hop times.

You're going to do a starter?

I think I may have calculated the AA as 14.3 on the citra instead of 13.4, so I might be adding a small amount of bittering hops. I'd like it to come out around 40IBUs
