Everything was going well, until it came time to pitch the yeast and I spilled some on the counter. The counter was pretty clean and I scraped off the yeast and picked at anything that did not belong and added it to the yeast. In all, I lost about 1/4 to 1/3 of the yeast. Whats the chance that the wort will be infected? It fermented vigorously for 2 days and has now stopped.
