I was going to try mixing a white labs cali and a WY 1272. Has anyone tried that before? I don't believe either would over power and take over the other. Any thoughts....

I mixed pacman and nottingham cakes to make my own yeast strain... Have no feedback yet!

I did a tripel using. 1214 and 3787.
The 3787 was a little more prominent. I am guessing it was because 1214 can sometimes take some time to start. If I did it again I would pitch the 1214 and then about 8 hours later pitch the 3787.
Beer came very tasty.
So give it a try and see what happens. If you like the results or if you need to tweak it a little you can.
