Since I am running low on Extract (then switching to AG) I wanted to also finish off a gallon of Maple Syrup since I bought it awhile back hoping to use it.

My question is:
How much Maple Syrup is 1 gallon worth of Extract in terms of fermentables? What is the calculation for 1 gallon? I basically want to know how much Extract would be too much with a gallon of Maple Syrup for a 5 gallon batch, then go just below that.
