I brewed the AHS purple haze clone a week ago, and the smell coming out of the airlock smells really citrusy. The yeast was White Labs Hefeweizen WLP320. Is it pretty normal for the airlock to smell almost like orange juice when using a good Hefeweizen yeast? The taste is pretty decent, although a little sour/citrusy also. I'm going to let it sit in primary for 3 weeks, just curious if this is normal. Thanks!
