Any person who produces beer, mead, cider or table wine must register with the local county sheriff's office.

This is why Alabama lags far behind many other states because we filibuster for hours over a homebrew bill.

New rule proposal... If you propose an amendment and it passes then it guarantees you have to vote YES to the bill.
