I typically use Dingeman's Special B malt that I get locally at Listermann's. I had a coupon for Midwest Brewing Supplies, so this time I got it from them and they carry Castle. Has anyone used both that can give a comparison of the two?

I hate to bring this up from the dead, but I can't find any info and I am wanting to know. I just bought a 5lb sack of the Dingemans and have only used the Castle Special B. It seems to be a bit darker (150 vs 115) and don't want to over do it.
