For my first two batches I did a recipe off this website and a clone recipe. For my third batch, and for a larf, I decided to formulate my own recipe from scratch. I'm only doing three gallons, just in case it isn't that good. I was hoping everyone could weigh in on their opinions.
I haven't finalized my hop schedule yet, but I wanted to try a strategy where I would get lots of hop bitterness and aroma, but minimal hop flavor. It's the same feeling I had the first time I tried Gumballhead and it both confounded and intrigued me.
Big thanks to CP's spreadsheet, by the way.
