So i had an unfortunate accident with my last brewing attempt, let just say that the bottom of my brew pot exploded. I lost the malt extract and the yeast i had in a starter. It was going to be a saison, but ive since changed my mind about brewing that. So now heres what i've got:

8oz cara-20
8pz unmalted wheat
1oz sterling 6.0%
2oz us goldings 4.5%

So im looking for some inspiration as to what direction to take this when purchasing more malt extract and another yeast.

So whos got some bright ideas?? Thanks

what exactly is a braggot? also, most of my buddies aren't exactly beer conossieurs, i was thinking about doing something like a hefeweizen.

sounds easy enough, thing is i've already got a belgian brew going and was trying not to overdo it. any other ideas?
