I am thinking of getting a Tap A Draft since I do not have space for something bigger in my NYC apartment.
I have question on whether or not the Tap A Draft will affect the intended carbonation level of my beer. Can I naturally carb my Mild at 1.8 volumnes and my wheat blonder to 3.0 volumes with the Tap A Draft or will putting in the CO2 cartridges and the value vent make all of my beers the same carbonation level.
I would appreciated any information from experience or theoretical on this question.
