As of this writing I am working on my first all grain recipe. Ive been waiting nearly a month to get to this point between buying the equipment and having the time to do it. So far so good, Ive got the mash going, have the temp holding steady at 153 degrees in my craigs list purchased 10 gal mash tun. Heating my sparging water and waiting to move onto the next step.....Gotta say Im very excited and cant wait to taste it in about a mon th or so. Also got my little helper giving me a hand, that would be my 5 year old son who loves to give a hand on brew day... Will keep you posted...:ban:

Finishing up nearly 4 hours after I started, its 10:00 pm or so and ready to pitch the yeast, cleanup and call it the night.....And I nailed the O.G. of 1.054 right on the head, so I guess I did something right.......
