West Coast Blaster Recipe

I love this recipe from Brewing Classic Styles by Zainasheff and Palmer, but lost the book...

Is anybody willing to post the recipe for me? The more information you provide, the better. THANK YOU!

I've been brewing this recipe a lot since I started brewing a year or so ago. I use it as a base and then just have fun tweaking it and seeing what happens. I was hoping to do the same this time around, and could probably get by on the pieces of instructions already in the forums. But, I was also hoping to share the recipe with a friend. So, the more, the better, but I'll take what I can get.

I'm not a big emoticon fan, but this guy :fro: is looking at my funny and it's only 7am my time.
