I have have multiple beers that have been dry hopped lately. They all seem to lose the great flavor and aroma within 2 weeks. So the question is if I add alot of hops at flame out instead or dry hop will that help???

No, if anything, you'll lose the flavor/aroma faster because the heat drives off the more volatile oils and you'll continue to lose oils during the ferment. Do you keg? Then just re-hop as needed.

Yes I do keg and also dry hop in the keg. How long does your aroma/flavor last in the keg? I seem to only get 2 weeks till is tastes different.
