Okay, last year around this time I made a batch of Apfelwein and it came out really good! Everyone loved it. So I'm making another batch it should be bottled in a couple weeks and ready by Christmas. Now, I plan on making another batch as soon as the carboy is empty. Has anyone ever tried adding blueberries to Apfelwein? I might try that next batch.
