Yesterday (or two days ago?) this pressure cooker could be bought through Amazon for something like $1.55 plus $15.60 shipping! I decided to sleep on the purchase and now it's gone!

I just decided to vent, and remind myself (and others) to "do it to it" when you get deals like that.

i saw it right when i was about to leave for a party..... wound up being $25 for shipping when i saw it, but under 30 is worth it for canning wort :) thought about picking up a few, but didnt
 
Yowch. That was a good deal.

I have canned starter wort so I have jars of it ready to go whenever.
Also plan on canning sterile priming solution, and even sterilized water for rehydrating yeast.

And you can sterilize stuff for yeast banks.

And you can can food with it...
