I'm in the process of converting a keg to kettle. I have a Blichmann Brewmometer to install. What hieght should I install it at? Thanks

On what vessel are you installing it?
In MLT it should be half way from bottom to top and half way from side to center.
In other vessels it is only important to keep it under liquid surface (keep in mind that you"ll get accurate reading only in stirred liquid).
