Hi All,
I was day dreaming today at work and I had a thought: Is it possible to "carbonate" beer via a method similar to force carbonation, with a gas other than CO2?
This would obviously be a gimmick, but perhaps it would be a cool way to get a different effect than regular carbonation. For example, nitrogen is added to draught Guiness to get the smaller bubbles.
Some key considerations would be that:
- The gas would have to be non-toxic, obviously
- The gas would have to be water soluble
