5 Weeks and 4 batches done.

I brewed a Gaelic Ale (highland Brewing company Asheville NC), but added a little brown sugar, and some cinnamon. Before brewing I bottled my what i call Dark Thunder, and as always tasted a bottle a few hours after bottling. Tastes a lot like Guinness, but more hoppy.

Anybody have any suggestions on what I should brew next. Since it will probably be after x-mas, I am wanting something Wintry, yet dark, and of course Strong. I have a few recipes in mind, but want your suggesstions.

I would reccomend a spiced sweet stout, but that might not be aged enough until just the tail end of winter. Maybe a Sam Adam's Winter Lager clone?

Where did you find a recipe for Highland's Gaelic Ale? I love that stuff, I know they use chinook for bittering, along with cascades and williamette but what was your hop schedule? I'd love to see a recipe.
