So I have been drinking from this batch for a couple weeks now and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

It starts off with a wonderful aroma from the European hops, has a great well balanced taste with a hint of honey, and a sweet nutty maltiness. it has a light feel to it and finishes off slightly dry like I would expect from a brew with this much alcohol in it.

Overall, for my first attempt at putting honey in a brew I am quite proud of this concoction. :D
