As always, before I brew I like to throw my next recipe out there for suggestions. I'm looking for an IPA that's hoppy (obviously) but also a bit darker and maltier than your average IPA. I'm also looking for a spicy, herbal, pungent hop profile with just a hint of citrus.

1 lb. light DME
7 lbs. light LME
3/4 lb. CaraMunich
1/2 lb. toasted malt
1/4 lb. Special B
1 oz. Columbus (60 min)
1 oz. Nugget (20 min)
1 oz. Nugget (5 min)
1 oz. Glacier (DH secondary)
Safale US-05

Just a standard 1/2 hr. steep and a 2 gallon boil. What can I add (or take away) to improve this?

I generally throw some Amber Extract into my IPA's, I like the sweetness that it gives. Usually 1# of Amber per 6# Light
