Hey folks, so for some reason every time I make A beer doing infusion mashing I get terrible eff. I brewed a hefeweizen today. mashed in with 12L at 134 rest for 30 mins at 125 then added 7L to bring up the mash to rest at 149 for 30 mins. then sparged. Beersmith said I should have a SG 1.056 and I got 1.042. What gives?
