Anyone done an experiment to see how much pressure yeast can produce, say if you fermented in a sealed corny? What affect does pressure have on the yeast life cycle? Will it stop at a given pressure?
Does different pressure affect flavor, byproducts etc? Does beer fermented at sealevel beer taste different than high altitude from partial pressure differences?
