Nice!! I have one on order and will probably brew my next batch as soon as it arrives.
 
One thing I didn't know was that the first burn, the black paint will burn off and send up some black smoke for about 3-4 minutes. You may want to do a test burn to "season" the burner.
 
Yeah, I know that problem well. They don't anticipate the bottom of your pot to be concave (due to the skirt). You're getting an oxygen deprived pocket up close. If you can get the keggle up an inch, or burner down, it would really help.

Mybe I'll prop the keggle up with a couple of 2x4's :cross:
