Hey Guys,

I did a variant on this one before, but ran into severe efficiency issues, so now that i think i have those worked out, i tweaked it and would like to try it again. Let me know what you think, or what you'd change.

15 lbs Pale
8 oz Carafa III
1 lb Crystal 60
8 oz Chocolate
2 lbs Roasted Barley
3 lbs Flaked Oats

Mash @ 155 for 60 min

2 oz Warrior @ 60 min
1 oz Chinook @ 10 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 10 min
1 oz Chinook @ 0 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 0 min

Ferment with WLP007 (Dry English Ale)

Considering dry-hopping as well, though i'm not sure if it would be worth it.

Looks good to me, puts you at about 15% oats, I've done up to 20 but thing I prefer the ~14-16% range. I'm partial to stouts that lack the super late hop additions, but thats a personal thing.
