I am shooting for a big, bold, over the top American style Stout. I have not done one before, so any recipe feedback from those with experience in this style would be most appreciated. Heres what I'm thinking:

Size: 6.0 gal
Efficiency: 75.0%
Attenuation: 78.0%
Calories: 248.65 kcal per 12.0 fl oz

Original Gravity: 1.075 (1.050 - 1.075)
Terminal Gravity: 1.016 (1.010 - 1.022)
Color: 35.96 (30.0 - 40.0)
Alcohol: 7.68% (5.0% - 7.0%)
Bitterness: 65.3 (35.0 - 75.0)

Ingredients:
13.5 lb Pale Ale Malt
.5 lb 2-Row Caramel Malt 40L
.75 lb 2-Row Caramel Malt 80L
1.5 lb 2-Row Chocolate Malt
.75 lb Roasted Barley
.5 lb Black Barley

24.0 g Columbus (15.0%) - 60 min
20.0 g Cascade (5.5%) - 10 min
20.0 g Centennial (10.0%) -10 min
30.0 g Cascade (5.5%) - 1 min
30.0 g Chinook (13.0%) - 1 min

White Labs Dry English Ale WLP007

Thanks in advance!

I'll be brewing an American Stout tomorrow too. Your recipe looks fine, though if your looking to brew it BJCP, I would probably drop the crystal 80L and go for 0.75lbs of crystal 40L instead; as it will give you more of those true caramel flavors rather than the dark fruit-sugary notes that the dark crystal provides. As for hops, I would drop the middle and late additions for one big addition at 5 min or flamemout, as to keep the roast flavors as clean/sharp as possible.

I've been brewing this recipe for a while now and it does very well in competition.

70% Pale Malt
10% Flaked Barley
8% Roasted Barley
6% Chocolate Malt
6% Crystal 40L

Magnum/Amarillo/ Pacman yeast
