I just wanted to extend an invitation to any guys in New Jersey that are interested in seeing the all grain process. I'm a new all grain brewer myself but I wished I had someone to show me the process before I took it on myself. I'm planning a Pilsner brew this Saturday 4/7/07. PM me if you want to come hang for a couple hours, and a couple homebrews.
 
I like this idea so much, I am going to borrow it. Any Spokane, WA area brewers want to check out an AG brew, PM me. We are brewing tomorrow (4/5/07) evening.
