Hi out there. I am new to brewing and have just got myself a brewcraft kit (which looks good) its to make a Irish creamy red ale, has anybody had a go at this and if so was it good, bad or how would you make it better? I am from New Zealand and would like at to come out at 4.5% to 5%.
The kit comes with : 1 x mangrove jack's Belgian ale 1.7
