This is my attempt at the Great Dane Brew Pub's Old Glory Pale Ale. In a blind taste test, I actually confused the two, the first that's ever happened. I used information from their website, which was Cascades are added 5 times, including dry-hopping. The grain bill was based on taste, appearance, and the sacks of grain I see at the brew pub. This is quite close.
Grains:
6.5 lb Two Row - 2L
2.0 lb Vienna - 4L
1.0 lb Wheat Malt - 2L
0.5 lb Crystal 60L - 60L
Hops:
Cascade 1.00oz 6.0%AA - 60 min (19.7 IBU)
Cascase 0.75oz 6.0%AA - 30 min (15.2 IBU)
Cascade 0.75oz 6.0%AA - 15 min (7.3 IBU)
Cascade 0.75oz 6.0%AA - 5 min (2.9 IBU)
Cascade 0.75oz 6.0%AA - Dry hop (last 7 days in primary)
Mash: 1.50 qt/lb. Mash temp 153F for 60 minutes.
Yeast: Should say Wyeast 1056 (not 1045) but I'm sure you knew that.
Prime as a typical beer.
