A dark mild w/ about 5 lbs of Raspberries, Blackberries, & BLueberries.

The wort was such a beautiful color as it was, I almost hated to add the berries. If this is good, I may try it some time without the berries.

I could really tell that I'm starting to get a routine and a comfort level with the process. I still took about 5 hours, though--not much one can do about that.

That's pretty damn good. It takes me about 7 hours for a 5 gallon batch, and I've been doing AG. for about 12 years. Perhaps I should think about batch sparging, or going for a 10g batch; :) or both.:D

But that would mean a new HLT, MLT and kettle. ;)

On second thoughts, if I didn't spend 90 minutes sparging, I couldn't lubricate myself well enough to manage the boil. :drunk:
