Bavarian Wheat (Wyeast 3056) showing that blowoff tube who's boss- this is about 30 + hours into fermentation. Basement smells awesome :D
 
This yeast took off with an attitude, that's for sure. The fact that I used a big fat starter and hit the cool wort with my oxygenating system made for some serious blowoff. :D
